By wearing the solosafe device in the event of a potentially harmful scenario, like a fall or health incident, your loved one can press the request for assistance button to get immediate help from our professionally trained staff at our monitoring centre.
solosafe’s GPS feature allows for quick and accurate location tracking, ensuring that assistance can reach the person as soon as possible.
In the event of a fall and the user is not capable of activating the SOS, fall detection mode will trigger an event through to our professional monitoring centre.
A college student living off-campus
Events including attack or break-in can be common. With access to our monitoring centre just by pressing the request for assistance button, solosafe’s two-way voice capability allows the student to communicate with the monitoring centre and receive instructions on how to stay safe.

A geofence is a virtual GPS boundary, which when crossed by the solosafe device, generates an alert.
The pendant and watch are programmed to continually update their GPS location, and should the user go beyond the geofence virtual boundary, the new GPS location confirms the device is outside of the geofenced area and automatically generates an alert.
Upon receiving the geofence alert, the monitoring centre operator will immediately contact the family / carers and provide the users current location. The operator will continue to provide information on the location of the user as it updates every 30 seconds to assist the responder to promptly locate the user.
